Shipping Policy
Final Score Book Box ships worldwide—prices vary and will be calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for foreign exchange fees, transaction fees, or other customs fees that may apply to non-US customers.
Every order will receive a tracking number with their confirmation email once their order has shipped.
Final Score book box is not liable for any delays in transit or damage received once the package is dropped off at the post office.
Paperback & Hardcover boxes ship out in batches approximately 6-8 weeks AFTER pre order closes on the 15th of every month. You will be given a tracking number to follow once the package is dropped off at the postal office. Damages Policy
Please inspect upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive that wrong item. so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
If we deem your order to be damaged, you MUST ship the damaged items back to us before we will ship out a replacement. You will have 72 hours from the time the order is delivered to contact us with issues.
What QUALIFIES damage:
1. A tear, rip, cut, or large visible scratch on the front or spine of the book that alters the design of the book.
2. Large dented, or severely crushed corners
3. More than one ripped or bent page that effects text on the pages
What DISQUALIFIES as damage:
1. Scratches, mark or residue on the back of the book
2. Creasing or folding at the top or bottom of the book spine
3. Wavy pages
4. Ripped or damaged blank pages
Please note: damages will be dealt with on a case by case situation. Final Score Book Box will email you a return shipping label as a ONE TIME courtesy, FREE of charge. If you are unable to print the label, the cost of the return shipping falls solely on you.
We cannot accept returns on sale items, or imperfect items.
